What Will You Give?

John 3:16, "For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life."

God gave the ultimate gift while making the the most difficult and heart wrenching sacrifice. He gave his ONLY son for our sins. He could have just let all burn, who didn't follow His laws.  Yet our God is a Loving God and only wants the best for us. He does ask us to give and sacrifice, in ways that follow his Laws and our  modern culture. If you are His child, then this is easy in most cases. You will follow the laws and directions of our God and He will bless you in ways you never imagined.

One way to give is to serve in the way of missionary or giving testimony. 1 Peter 3:15, Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your Christian hope, always be ready to explain it. We can help lead others to Christ by simply sharing how God has blessed our lives. Through restoration, healing or anything else God is praised every time we share these events. Helping others to see the Spirit of the true Father in Heaven and not the invented one.

We can give financially, through freely giving. Deuteronomy 15:10, You shall generously give to him, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all your undertakings. “For the poor will never cease to be in the land; therefore I command you, saying, ‘You shall freely open your hand to your brother, to your needy and poor in your land.’ How many of you can say you do this? God says that if we give freely he will return our efforts will be blessed, yet if we do not follow these Laws God will curse us. Proverbs 11:25, The generous man will be prosperous, And he who waters will himself be watered, He who withholds grain, the people will curse him, But blessing will be on the head of him who sells it.  

God also asks us to give and sacrifice in regards our spouses and families. James 3:17-18, Wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.This scripture says a lot. It proclaims that God will give us wisdom that is heavenly sent and this blessing will never be negative. Why? Because if we are truly following a Godly path then we are not being prideful, self serving or disobedient. We are putting our God first, our spouse second and our family third in ALL things. We are setting aside our own positions for Godly ones. We put all of those listed ahead of our own, happiness, pain, suffering, wants, needs and thoughts. God commands in, 1 Corinthians 13:7, Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. this scripture does not leave any room for interpretation, If we truly Love, nothing Godly can  overcome this, any other result is not of God. He will never deliver news of death. This is the enemy at work. So if we are a Child of God, then 1 John 4:7, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. So if God commands us to Love and Love endures all things, then anything other than Love enduring is of the enemy and cannot be anything other then selfish pride (Proverbs 18:1, An unfriendly man pursues selfish ends; he defies all sound judgment.) So men step up, fix your marriages, repair your relationships with your family and children. But most of all get right with God, because if these are your thoughts and Love isn't winning, then you have made a wrong turn. God is waiting for you to turn back

Lets all take a minute, listen for God to speak and remember the rules of how he responds. It will always be life, never death, You must be willing to listen and then confirm what our Father is telling you. God will show you how to give, how to sacrifice, how to resolve all issues in your life. All He says is Love, believe and give unconditionally and He will bless us with our dreams. Don't give in or up as God has so much in life to show you. So as I have been reminded for over a week, Stand up tall for what you believe, don't stand half way, but all the way. God isn't giving up on me, so why should I give up on Him. I owe Him a debt I can never repay, so if I stand selflessly, giving freely to those around me, sacrificing in any circumstance, up to and including my own life, for my family and those that I Love, then I am following Gods plan. And if God is with me, then let NO MAN stand against me. 

Let's Pray: Father God, please forgive us for our sins. Father we ask that you show us what you riquire of us. Lord we ask that you tech us the humility to gove freely. Lord allow us to learn to put others before ourselves in all areas of our lives. Father you command these things and Lord show us were we lack, so that we may correct our behaviors and follow your Laws Father. We all want to serve you and those we Love Lord. Show us, no convict us to not be like Satan who through pride was removed from you Love. Father we do not want to be removed from your Love we want to stand in it. Let those who need direction from you Lord to receive it and let them see the Life that you breathe not death. Let them see how through your mercy and Love that Love will truly win out. God we ask that you soften hearts, so they may see your true Spirit. Father we ask all of this in Jesus name....AMEN.
